The dairy comes from New York State, as do the apples and pears and most of the stone fruits used. Jersey berries, for the most part, are used, though sometimes the Baker drives back to her home state, Rhode Island, for some extra special huckleberries.

The Baker avoids processed ingredients wherever possible, all with the thought to bring you the purest, most delicious pies and baked goods -- as if they were made right in your own kitchen. And, Pie Country delivers with care right to your door.
