Our passion is pie, though we also love a perfect cookie, a moist cake and pretty much all sweet things! We specialize in local baking with a tender hand. Pie Country uses the finest, freshest local ingredients. Our pies are baked in the Bronx and conjure up treasured memories of wafting fruit and spice scents from open windows through rolling hills.
Be sure to sample some of our signature specialities like Pi Squares - buttery pastry pockets filled with fresh berry preserves and a good dollop of cream cheese, topped with a light lemon glaze. Perfect for breakfast or anytime!
For the gluten-free, indulge in our CocoChoco Delights - a rich chocolate ganache fills a sweet toasted coconut shell.
At Pie Country, we make seasonal pies, apple, cherry, peach and plum; creamy pies, like key lime, chocolate cream, coconut banana; holiday pies, packed full of pumpkins, pecans and cranberries; specialty pies, like Cioccolati e Noci, Santo Antonio Apple and Nectarine Marscapone, as well as a luscious assortment of cakes, brownies and cookies. Our tiramisu, for example, is an authentic, rich indulgence. And our oatmeal chocolate chips are simply addictive. Each and every one of our sweets are handmade with care and thoughtfulness.
