All of our baked goods are made in the Bronx using the finest ingredients – local fruits and dairy fresh from local farms or fair-trade & organic wherever possible. Even our flour is grown and milled right in Pennsylvania.
If you’re looking for gluten-free, dairy-free or grain-free, just ask! Many of our items are naturally gluten-free, whereas in others we may use a nut-based substitute or an interesting mix of oat and rice flours.
